 Justice Jawad S Khawaja's bench has not been changed , will hear the case on June 10 , the Supreme Court explained :Islamabad : Supreme Court Justice Jawad S Khawaja explained that the bench has not been changed on June 10, the three-member special bench hearing the case would have been other requests for hearing two petitions at the June 2, Day 1 will hear .2774 / 14 and was hearing a constitutional petition No. 48 .special Bench has been constituted under the chairmanship of Constitutional petition No. 51 of June 2, 3096 C MA / MA 2014 and C 2774 /2014 will hear . It is clear that according to the special bench comprising Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and two-member bench of the May 26 order is made under the bench had directed the Registrar to the Chief Justice's notice that the matter. I saw the order of May 26 and ordered that the matter be placed before the Special Bench on June 2 , Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan , Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and comprising Justice Mushir Alam .
