  New Delhi , Delhi High Court, the Pakistani embassy official accused of giving secret documents to be sentenced to five years in prison veterans meaningful appeal is rejected . Justice S. Murli Dhar, Lance Naik Mohammad Naseem by the trial court on April seven , 2010, upheld the punishment . The court noted in its judgment that the accused has been convicted for the recovery of documents is sufficient
